SANDA ISLAND (1 ½ to 2 hours) Get close to basking seals and watch puffins (during the breeding season) fly around the boat on our core wildlife trip around Sanda Island off the Mull of Kintyre. Sanda is home to a host of seabirds, with porpoises and dolphins seen frequently on our journey. We also make short stops to mention the history of the area.
GANNETS GALORE (2 to 2 ½ hours) Enjoy the unforgettable experience of a visit to Ailsa Craig with its 70,000 gannet colony on the 200 metre-high cliffs. Seals and many species of seabirds can also be seen (including puffins from April to early August).
SHARK AND WHALE WATCH (1 ½ to 2 hours) Kilbrannan Sound between the Kintyre coast and Arran regularly provides summer sightings of basking sharks, porpoises and bottlenose dolphins. Occasionally, minke and pilot whales are also seen. Best on very calm sunny days, this trip gives us the chance to use our hydrophone equipment to listen for whales.
FAST BLASTS (30 minutes) Have a safe, exciting ride round Davaar Island on one of our fast blasts! Great fun for all the family.
GOLF TOURS Enjoy golfing at Royal Troon, Machrie and Royal Portrush or be brought to Campbeltown to play Machrihanish or Dunaverty. We are just an hour from the Ayrshire coast.
WHISKY TRIPS Have an entertaining visit to local distilleries at Lochranza (Arran Distillery), Port Ellen (seven Islay distilleries including Lagavulin, Laphroaig and Ardbeg) - not forgetting Campbeltown’s own Springbank Distillery.
